Existing bookings
Guests can use “Find or cancel my booking” on the apartment page to securely view a reservation made with the same email address or mobile number. Never send card details, passwords, or verification codes by email or message.
Arrival and urgent stay issues
The private arrival email contains the latest access and contact instructions. For an immediate danger or medical emergency in Malta, contact the appropriate public emergency service first.
Payments and refunds
Card payments and approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Refunds return to the original payment method and can take several working days to appear, depending on the bank.
